Warranty and Maintenance
Midland will warranty all components of manufactures Telephone Systems 100% for
a full five years from the date of installation. During the first year of operation,
labor is included at no charge to you. An optional contract providing regular maintenance
service around the clock at a fixed rate is available on an annual basis after the
first year. Should you not elect to take the maintenance agreement, an hourly rate
will apply.
Our Guarantee
Midland provides products that guarantee factory service backup for full five years
from the date of installation. Many manufacturers offer no service backup at all.
This is a very important consideration when purchasing a new telecommunications
system.
An inventory of key components for all telephone systems is maintained in our Davenport
service department and 24 hour, 7 days a week service is availablewith guaranteed
response time.
