here at Midland is to create and maintain a pleasant and satisfying business relationship
with you.
A good relationship requires good communication and one of the ways we do this is
to include ask you to fill out a survey, with every invoice. These survey's are
treated as my personal mail and in most cases I see all 5's, but even we are not
perfect even though we try to be.
If on occasion I see a 3 or less, I will place a call and get the details of exactly
what we did wrong, and do my level best to correct the situation, because customer
satisfaction is not just important at Midland....it's everything!
