The Only Complete Communications & Entertainment Suite For Senior Living Communities
Staying connected is vital in senior living communities. For the grandmother checking out photos of her grandkids on social media, the niece calling her uncle on his birthday, or the staff member who needs to know the exact location of a resident requiring help.
There's just one problem. Somebody has to set up the equipment. Make sure it's working. And keep it working. And replace it when it becomes outdated.
CareConnect is the only integrated, single-source solution for senior communities – from high-quality and senior-friendly telephone, internet and TV services to state-of- the-art life-safety systems.
CareConnect includes all the services your community needs:
With our Managed Services solution we monitor, maintain and update all equipment.
Your residents enjoy the best in high-tech entertainment and communications; you enjoy the best in low-hassle service.
Finally, our unique Technology Concierge benefit provides a CareConnect employee, on site at regularly scheduled days and hours to handle all your residents' technology needs – from hooking up a Senior TV to using email for the first time. They're happy, and you will be, too.
CareConnect was developed by ESCO Technologies, LLC. The company was acquired in 2003 by current President and CEO Jerry Grove. At the time, the company provided telecommunications equipment and life-safety technology to hospitals and health care facilities. Driven by the belief that delivering outstanding technology services requires a true partnership between the service provider and the service recipient, Grove focused the company's efforts exclusively on the rapidly growing senior living industry.
In 2005, ESCO Technologies merged with Setzer Corporation to further grow the company and develop the CareConnect brand. Setzer Corporation has been in business since 1947, and is comprised of ESCO Technologies, CTS Telecommunications, and Beacon Electrical Contractors. The combined organizations have annual revenues of over $80,000,000.
2011 winner of the prestigious Best-of-the-Best Award for Technology Adoption from the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), The CareConnect program saves senior living communities the enormous expense of updating their communications infrastructure, while providing staff and residents with better services at a lower monthly rate.
